George had a lunch skype with Sharon and then did some exercises. He was still hungry so he got himself a snack. When he was done, we went out to look at his flowers and to check the mail. We sat outside just for a little bit, he said it was too cold. He came inside and I gave him a massage and then he watched TV and took a nap. I wanted to get him to exercise, I’m not sure what he does on the weekends but he was able to do some with me.
