Sharon had a great idea today to make a cake! When George was ready,
he had lunch and then we went to the store to get what we needed to make a cake. We got back and he doesn't have any cake pans at his house. I went back to the store to get some and when I came back George was confused. I told him I had to go back and why, but he was kind of obsessing about the cake pans, and he kept thinking I was telling him to 'go' instead of come in the kitchen to help. He helped to put the ingredients in and stir the batter. I think we will wait to frost it, maybe on Wednesday. He got some really pretty flowers with balloons from Sharon and David today too :)HAPPY 95TH BIRTHDAY TOMORROW GEORGE!

Thanks, Jody! These are great photos and posts. I'm happy it worked out to make a cake. I should have mentioned the rectangular pan. You could have made a sheet cake :)
Today, if you get this message before you go to dinner (I hope you're all still going to Ogden), and if you're going to be at the house, could you see if my dad wants to share some of his balloons with Mamiyo? It's her birthday too! Hope you all have fun today. And I'll look forward to skype (if you have a little time) on Wed. or Friday. Unless you are going to the Leonardo? Maybe if it's a nice day on Wed?
I also sent some coupons for a free shrimp meal at Panda Express, but it can only be used Wednesday. It's in his birthday card.
