George was asleep on the couch when I came over today. Dennis said he was up at about 10:00 AM banging on his door and even going outside. I think that was his burst of energy today? He had some lunch after he was done in the bathroom. He still is not talking to me much; He did say a few words though. After he was done eating, he talked to Sharon on skype. I’m so glad he is talking to Sharon and David! After a little coaxing, we went for a drive. He wasn't sure what I was asking and then said "You and me?" It's good to see him awake enough to go out.Sharon and Don will be here next weekend.

Today seems like a good day for him. I didn't know he was awake so early! I thought Dennis got him up. I'm really glad you too him out for a drive. It seemed to pick him up. He's still awake -- its 8:30pm, and he's eating a lot it seems. He's so cute holding his white kitty, rocking back and forth, watching tv and picking at his food. I like how he puts his feet up on the table.
It was fun talking with him on skype. He sounded like his old self only a bit more weak, tired and confused. He was looking for Scout under the desk and said, "there was a little kitty here; I don't know where it went". But the fact that he gets the computer and camera is amazing! He was showing the card to the camera so I could read it. When he saw that Dennis was home, he seemed excited and looked around and asked me, "do you know if there's any liquor around here" I wonder if he wanted to offer him a drink? who knows?
I hope he's talking with you more now. He seems to talk only if he's motivated and who knows what motivates him!
