George made a candle today, it turned out really good :) He was happy with it. He made it for Sharon and David for Christmas.

I came late today; we had a hard time getting out of the house. George couldn’t stop picking things up off the floor. That kept him distracted. We finally made it to Dollar Tree to pick up some candles to make at home.
Sharon is in town for the holidays. David will be coming soon too. :)

Today I took George in to the Dr’s to get a blood draw. I had them get his weight and BP at the office. It was the same as it is at home. We put a few more things on the Christmas tree. George is really particular where things go. The tree looks great!

Thanks for all the great posts! I wouldn't worry about not being able to get out of the house. Even when he's obsessed with picking stuff of the floor, he seems really entertained. Hope it's not too boring for you though... I think you could just watch tv or relax anytime he or you are too tired. You've done a lot too and deserve a break. I'm sure he's just happy to have you there. I remember he used to tell me that you're a "really good friend".
Ya I've been worrying about that lately, getting out of the house. I know there are days when we just can't but I feel bad were not doing as much as we used to. Things change though and it's nice when we can.
That's cute. I remember him saying that too. Now it's "Oh Thank you dear".
I was trying to get a picture of us by the decorated tree. Funny how you can only see the top of the tree huh? hehe
