George worked on his project a little today, his eyes were getting tired, we'll work on it another day. He wanted to go out to lunch today. I asked him where and he said “Oh you know where” When we were in the car he said “Just drive up there” We ended up at Mr. Fugi after he said “This is the place” When we were waiting for lunch, he mentioned he liked my sunglasses, he put them on and said “Not for me”. Kinda funny. He wanted to go for a drive after wards. When I left, he wanted me to take him home with me and said “I’ll be your house boy” That guy :) earlier I had asked him if he wanted to go to Snowbird today, (he was talking about that place and that he really liked it, and explaining how it all worked). He said “Not today” so we got out the calendar and planned for another day. He was a little tired today.

I came over a bit later today. We had lunch at home and worked on his project with the rocks. Sharon and George went out and bought a 3 panel poster board, markers, and glue. George had the idea of gluing the rocks on the board. We will work on it more another day. He spent a long time on it today, getting the colors just right and sorting out the rocks. Hmmm maybe more sorting activities? He seems to like it.
I don’t remember his BP again but his weight was a consistent 91 lbs. (The BP is on the calendar and has been pretty consistent).

What a fun day! David and Sharon took us up to Snowbird for lunch and a tram ride after wards. George had a good time, even ordered a beer for lunch. We walked around at the top of the mountain and George was telling David to be careful “It’s a long way down there” After wards, he panned for gold and other rocks at a place that is set up at the base of the mountain. He really liked that! We will have to go up again. He even got some gold ;)

David and Sharon got to town Saturday night. George and I went up to the mountains to have a picnic. We stopped and got some food on the way up. We ended up going to Park City! He pointed that way, so that’s where I went. We ended up eating at the park up there and driving around Guardsman’s pass and Deer Valley. When we got back Tom and Fran were just pulling up and he told them “That was too much” (Meaning the drive). His weight was 91 lbs. and BP was ? Sorry but I don’t remember.

Today has been a repeat of what we have been trying to do all week. We finally made it to Sharon's Cafe and when I told the waitress the reason we came, George had the best smile on his face :) We were even introduced to Sharon on the way out. Then we went to get his hair cut, she always does such a nice job. George wanted to drive by his old house. He told me "That's where I used to live". He pointed us home all the way. We came home and he got in the shower. Kind of a windy dusty day.

(I will be coming on Monday's and Friday's for awhile while Sharon and David come to visit. They will be here tomorrow).

We had lunch at home today and then went to the credit union to cash his check. They are always happy to see him and greet him with a smile :) He didn’t forget his cane this time ;)
