George has been more awake today (Wednesday) than he has been for quite awhile. (Course he didn’t get up till around 3:00) It could be that he’s just having a good day. I know he was tired again yesterday. After he got dressed and ready, we went to the kitchen to get him something to eat. He even helped me finish the Valentine house. He was awake for quite awhile today. I was able to get his weight and he was 91 lbs. only a pound loss from last week, pretty good considering he hasn’t been eating much lately. The nurse
came today from Care Source to evaluate him. Dennis set up the camera to help keep a better eye on him too.

I watched him on Thursday and he was not as active as Wednesday but he picked up around 9pm when he went to the kitchen without his walker to get sprite, a pastry and jello cup. He put them on the ledge right in front of the camera. Then he walked around to get them from the other side and brought them to the coffee table. But he couldn't push the table top down. So, he crawled over the arm of the sofa and got stuck for a little while. But it was amazing he had the strength to climb over the arm of the sofa, especially given how weak he was last week.
Ya he's gotten a lot better! :)
