Today when I came over, George said he had just woken up. When he got ready, I got out the cards so he could decide where he wanted to go. He chose Kowloon Café, but when we got there it had been changed to Mandarin Garden. It looked really nice inside, the manager Fay talked to us for a bit and even asked if I was George’s daughter! Can you believe that? When we got home we made his Santa house. It turned out really cute. I put it on the TV when he was done so that he could look at it when he is sitting on the couch. He said "Oh that looks pretty there" :)

Hi Jody,
I tried calling today (Wed) but Dennis said my dad just woke up and was getting ready while you were vacuuming. I hope he doesn't sleep in that long too often.
I tried calling today too (Fri) but you must be out to lunch since no one answers. I'll try again. If you think of it, and have time, feel free to have him call me while you're there. I like to talk with him when you're there so that if he has a hard time, you can help. Thanks!
I tried to post a message a couple of entries ago but it must not have gone through. I was just wonder how he was doing with Trevor driving his car. Is he ok with it? In the past, he would have made a fuss and would be looking for his car.
Oh and if you remember, please turn on the lights on the tree when you leave. I'm not sure he's turning them on, is he?

Hi Sharon,
I posted a comment on the post about the car. He's been ok with it. He's had it for so long that I think it might take awhile for him to get used to it. He's ok though. He said Trevor took the car and I had to explain.
I didn't see this message til tonight. I'll have him call you on Monday.
I turn on the lights before I go. I didn't today though, I was in a hurry I had an appt. I do make sure they are on though. He mentioned again that his house looks pretty on the TV. :)
