Wow the smog was so bad today all over the valley and rainy. When I got to Georges I couldn’t even see the mountains at all! I was finally let in after about 20 min. George and Ryan were still both asleep! He’s been getting up late lately. I talked to Dennis and he said he was up til about 3-4am. He made coffee and I fixed him brunch during which the power went out for awhile. Afterwards we played dominos. We went downstairs to play ping pong but I forgot the power was out! It’s amazing how much you rely on it. When Ryan left George said “Are you about one year older than him?” The weather cleared up and we went for a drive. When we were driving back, he wanted to drive by his old house; he mentioned that his neighbor around the corner used to work at the liquor store. He said he lived at his old house for about 4-5 years.

Hi Jody,
I'm sorry you got locked out. I think they keep a side door open? Or you should get a key. Sorry!
I wish his clock wasn't so off. When I was there he was getting confused and going to bed at 7pm then waking up at 9 wondering why the lights were all on. We're going to try the Exelon patch again. It's supposed to stop the alzheimers from getting worse.
When he said he lived at the old house for 4-5 years, do you think he meant "45" years? That would be about right. Thanks for all your creativity!

Hi, I talked to Dennis about a key and he said he would get one for me. The door was left open today. :) They do keep a key at the back door, but I couldn't get through the gate, it's alright.
I think your dad has been going to bed later than usual, it could just be the winter too. I know I don't want to get up when it's cold, ya know? I'm sure he meant 45years, I just thought it was kinda funny he said 4 or 5.
I'm going to find a way to bring the snow inside and make little (Table top) snowmen, should be fun :)
