George was up and just about ready to go. He was eating when I got to the house. When he was done getting ready we drove out to Ikea! I was thinking we would go up to the mountains. It snowed yesterday and I thought it might be nice to see the snow before it's all gone. I must have had something on my mind cause we just kept driving til we were out in Draper. I figured Ikea was as good as place as any. We looked all over and then George had some soup and coffee at the cafe they have there. We drove home and I got him in the shower. After his shower he watched baseball.

Sharon left today to go back to Minnesota. She found a coupon for a buy one get one free ticket to the Gem Faire. I've been wanting to take George to that for a while. We did a few exercises first. Wow! There were so many beads, gems, jewelry, rocks…I didn't realize how big it was! I thought George would be more into it than he was though. Towards the end we walked to the back and I noticed a wheel. It was .50 a spin. I bought 2 spins and George got some rocks and rings :) it was cute. I think we saw everything. It’s probably a good thing I didn't bring any money with me ;) It was a fun activity to do. I made him something to eat when we got back to the house and then he took a nap. 

George was super tired again today. I think he may have been up earlier cleaning. I let him sleep in and then when he was up and ready, he had some lunch and coffee. We went to Dollar Tree to pick up a few things to make shakes. I mentioned to him and showed him on the calender that Sharon is coming today. :)

It was such a nice day yesterday! I thought we would have the same thing today. It was so cold and windy! When George was ready, we worked on his exercises and then went to Paradise Bakery for lunch. After lunch, we went to Target to get some washcloths and hand towels. He picked out some cool ones. ;) We looked around the store too. When we got back to the house, I had him practice tying with the ribbons that were on the washcloths and then he helped me with his laundry. I fixed him something to eat while he watched baseball.

its such a nice day today but when I came over, George was still in bed! He took awhile to get going today. After his shower I helped him get dressed and then we sat out on the deck in the sun and had a shake. George was counting the houses and the trees. We fixed his bird houses and he showed me where he wanted a couple of them to go. He had a late Skype with Sharon today. She will be out next week.

We took trax downtown today. We got off at City Creek and went and got a shake at Roxberry. We walked around and looked at shops, people and the amazing views! When we got back, I made George some coffee and something to eat. He was watching golf when I left.

Today after a shower and lunch we went to an antique shop. It was interesting looking around at everything. George was looking at lots of stuff too. We went on some errands and a drive then back to the house. He had a shake and watched golf.

During the time I stayed at the house (1st-7th) we went grocery shopping, for a drive, worked on exercises, found all of his rocks out of the plaster brick...He stayed pretty busy too just cleaning ;)  He had his usual lunch Skype with Sharon.
 I wish I could have gotten a pic of us at the store. I was pushing the wheelchair and George was pushing the cart, it was great team work ;)
