George was still sleeping when I came over.When he got up, I got him in the shower first thing and then fixed him something to eat. Ryan and Rachel were here and he was pointing to Ryan and then to Rachel's belly. They told him it's a little girl. We went for a drive up to the mountains to get our of the fog. He came back and watched T.V.

I didn't go over to the house on Friday, I want feeling very good. I hope all went well with Don. He was so nice to get me food and medicine the other day :) I appreciate that. I'll be back over on Monday.

I wasn't feeling too good today so we just hung out at the house. Don didn't open George's Christmas presents yesterday so we did that today. He got some nuts from his insurance agent and a nice shirt and a robe from Sharon and David and a soft blanket from Scout ;)

George was SO busy cleaning today. I just let him do that. I did have him take a break for lunch. He ate all of it and even a little more before he started to clean again. I finally got him up and we made his Christmas wreath. It turned out really cute. After I hung it up he gave me his OK sign. He went to relax on the couch and I turned on the TV for him. 

Sharon and George had a soap making class on Friday at the Senior Center. It sounded pretty hectic but the soaps are cute ;) George has had a busy weekend and today I took him to get some of my Christmas shopping done. I don't normally take him to do my errands, but he sometimes likes to go to stores. We went to World Market, Home Depot and lastly Ikea. He was hungry at Ikea pointing to the pastries. We got a cinnamon roll on the way out and when we got back to the house, I made him something else to eat too. He took a few bites and then he was busy just cleaning up.

George has been busy again today. After visiting with Sharon, George got dressed and ready to go. We did his exercises first then we went to D.I. and he picked out some more spoons for the house. We found a couple other things and some pants. We went to Dollar Tree afterwards and George picked out some flowers to make a Christmas wreath. The first one I picked out ‘wasn’t pretty’. I’m glad he picked them out himself. :) When we got back, after a car wash, I made him a snack and he ate a little but he was pretty busy. I got out the seashells that we picked up at D.I. and he looked at those for a while then just wanted to do this own thing. I left them out for him to look at later.

Today was a cold day. George was dressed and Sharon said he had been pretty active. After Sharon left, George was looking at the paper and a magazine and then we went back and I shaved him. I had him work on his house that Sharon bought. He did a good job but

got tired. I made him some lunch and then we drove downtown and around the U. 0f U. area. George was pointing where he wanted to go the whole way! When we got back, we worked on his house some more and then I put food coloring on the icicles, he thought that was cute. He told me to put food coloring on all of the icicles. Sharon came home and we helped to finish George’s house. He was relaxing in his chair when I left.

Today was a stay at home day. We worked on putting more rocks on George’s rock box that had fallen off. He found just the right rocks to fit into spaces that needed to be filled. He took a nap and then we had some lunch. He was really into cleaning so I let him clean while I did too and then we worked on a stained glass project that Sharon bought a while ago. 

Sharon and David went hiking today. Me and George went to the Senior Center for lunch. There was a band playing while everyone ate, they sounded nice. We went downstairs afterwards to exercise. He rode the bike, lifted weights and did his usual leg exercises too. We went up and watched some line dancers and that was all they had going on today. We came home and I fixed him some coffee and he took a little bit of a nap. He was worn out.

Sharon and David went skiing today and had a nice day. I can’t remember what me and George did but I’m glad Sharon and David got to go skiing while they were both here together. Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow!
