I have about 7-8 more pictures of the pet store on photobucket.

Hi, I wanted you all to be able to see what George has been up to. We have a lot of fun days together and I wanted to share them with you. Enjoy :)

George was in bed watching TV when I came over. I fixed him something to eat; he talked about the new neighbors a little bit. After he ate he had to make sure ‘his dog’ went outside. We watched the DVD of the Body Worlds exhibit downstairs; it was really interesting! George said “It’s too much”, he was intently watching it though. George filled the glass orbs and the poinsettia fell over again today! We went to the credit union to cash his check and when the teller gave him his cash he asked me “Did she get it right?” He had to sit down once on the way there and once back. We went for a short drive after. His weight was 100 lbs. and his BP was in the range of 110/60. (I think Friday we are going to do something with the snow since we have quite a few inches).
Wow the smog was so bad today all over the valley and rainy. When I got to Georges I couldn’t even see the mountains at all! I was finally let in after about 20 min. George and Ryan were still both asleep! He’s been getting up late lately. I talked to Dennis and he said he was up til about 3-4am. He made coffee and I fixed him brunch during which the power went out for awhile. Afterwards we played dominos. We went downstairs to play ping pong but I forgot the power was out! It’s amazing how much you rely on it. When Ryan left George said “Are you about one year older than him?” The weather cleared up and we went for a drive. When we were driving back, he wanted to drive by his old house; he mentioned that his neighbor around the corner used to work at the liquor store. He said he lived at his old house for about 4-5 years.
Well in the paper today it said that we have the worst air in the U.S! After we looked at the paper about the inauguration, he said “She's (Michelle) a tough lady ” he then said “let’s take a joy ride up to the mountains.” It was nice and clear up there. Afterwards we had sushi at a place called Sushi Ya; he wasn’t too impressed by it. I made him some more lunch when we got home. I was cleaning up and noticed a plant on top of the garbage can on his plant table, I asked him what the plant was doing in the garbage and he said, with a smirk, “I was trying to hide my chicken.” (I guess from last night). You have to admit, it’s funny :)
When I came over today George was in his room getting dressed, it was noon! He started to get lots of food out of the fridge and the cupboard. I made a variety of things and he ate really well. He painted the dog for a little while but his hands were getting sore. He had a choice to watch the body’s exhibit DVD or go for a drive; we went for a small drive. (The news last night said to keep people inside today because of the inversion). He has a family moving in across the street from him. I’m sure he will have lots to talk about next time I see him… He will know all about them by Wednesday ;) and for awhile after that.
Usually when I come over, George is sitting on the couch reading the paper. Today when I came over, his bedroom door was closed, I knocked and he was still in bed! He apologized got up and made coffee. We had coffee and ‘brunch’ at the house. He was so talkative today, I just let him go. He was talking about if I married his brother he could treat me like his sister. He was saying that Raymond bought a house in the avenues for 18-20K, I said “Can you imagine what that would be worth now” he said “You’re telling me!” He was animated today and talking about a lot of different things. I tried to paint the dog with him but he just wasn’t into it today. We did some cleaning today and he told me about his camera that he said was about 90 yrs. old.
Don was in town! Before me and George went to lunch today, we did a little bit of his laundry. He wanted to go to the Jasmine today for lunch. We were talking throughout the day and it was funny, he kept saying things like, “You sure know a lot of my family.” Anyway after lunch we went home and finished laundry and cleaned up his room and hung up and put clothes away. I came back later that night to celebrate New Year’s Eve with everyone. George, Dennis and I played Ker Plunk. George kept saying “It’s getting late, you better go home.” He talked about an 8th grade picture he was showing me and saying even though he was the smallest, he was the toughest. He talked about that picture for a long time; Dennis took a video of it. It made Don laugh when George was telling me he got sent to the principles office. :) His weight today was 102 lbs. I think the scale is off, there is no way he lost 3 lbs. in one week! His BP was 140/67.
