Last Friday we attempted to go to the Planetarium, the parking lot was so crowded that we missed the show! And we left an hour and a half ahead of time! We just ended up picking up lunch at Burger King on the way home. Today (Wednesday) we just went to lunch at a sushi place on 7th East. He wanted to go to Chinese Gourmet but I guess he is going there tomorrow for Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow! Weight today was 102 lbs. and BP was 130/63 and I took it last Friday cause I wasn't there on Wednesday and it was 140/70.

I didn’t come over today; I went to a lecture after class about embryonic stem cell therapy for school. I’ll be there Friday.

It was another short day today. I have a couple tests that I have been studying for. When I came over George was reading the paper, he had eaten a little bit to so Dennis mentioned that we go for a walk (I guess there are some neighbors that are relatives?) So after he was ready, we took his cane and his walker and headed up the street. We went to the house where he thought they lived but no one was home. We had to rest quite a bit on the way back. I really think he would do better with lighter shoes! I tried to take some pictures of him but couldn’t get any that would turn out, I have this one of where we took our walk and Dennis was taking a video when we were coming home. I hope that gets added to the blog ;) It was a nice day, a little on the cool side but the sun was out.

Sorry I forgot to add last Friday. (I needed to leave early on both days and just forgot to add the entry). I made lunch at home on Friday then we went for a drive, I asked George where he wanted to go and he wanted to go to the Draper area, we drove out there then made a loop towards Wasatch Blvd. On Wednesday I came a little late I asked him if he was hungry, he looked at his watch and said “Well ya!” We went to Belgium Waffle. When we left, the cashier commented on how well he was getting along :) George mentioned that there were different people there than the time we were there before. It’s good to see that he remembers who was there before. Of course he is such a people person how could he not notice huh? :) I had to leave after lunch. His weight today was 99lbs. (No shoes, wallet, and change). BP was 119/73.

(This was such a crazy day I forget to add it in last week) Happy Halloween! Today we didn’t get a lot done, George was super tired today, I made a deal with him to let him nap for about 15-20 minutes then he had to get up to get going for the day. I had to physically help him up because he would not get up today! I don’t know if he was just tired or what, but he kept saying “just let me sleep”. We ended up going to lunch at Chinese Gourmet and saw some cute kids dressed up. After lunch we went to the store to pick up candy for the kids tonight, he was super slow today too. Everyone and their dog were at the store when we got there. Also, I think he needs to go to an ear nose and throat Dr. to get his ears cleaned, I changed the batteries in his hearing aids but he still could not hear me and I can’t yell loud enough for him to hear me. (I forgot to mention the last time I came over he had his hair done and it looked nice, he showed me what he used and it was shaving cream…at least his hair looked good).

It snowed today! It's hard to believe that last week was such good weather! We just ended up going for a drive and then to a late lunch at Crown Burger; George liked it, he thought the inside was nice. Ryan had gotten him some lunch but I think he is used to us going out and I’m glad he wanted to eat more. He weighed the same today 100 lbs. and his BP was 129/71. Ryan has been staying with him since Sunday. Dennis went camping with his friend Mike that lives in Arizona.
